How do I update my credit card details?

Follow these steps to update your credit card details:

  1. Log into SocialPilot dashboard.
  2. Click on the Profile on top right corner, and then Subscriptions.

  1. On the Subscriptions page, click on Manage payment method on the right side.


  1. You will get a pop-up showing your current subscription details. 

  1. Click on Payment Methods where you will get an option to add a new payment method. You can add multiple payment methods as a backup when your primary payment fails. 

On the next screen, you can select to update your Credit Card or PayPal details.

Note: If you want to change your payment method to PayPal, select the PayPal option and click on 'Submit.'
