Here’s how you can resolve these issues:</p><h3><strong>1. Missing Time Slots</strong></h3><ul>\n<li>Posts may remain unscheduled if you’ve added them to the queue but haven’t set time slots for the account.</li>\n<li>\n<strong>Fix:</strong><ul>\n<li>Go to <a href=\"https://app.socialpilot.co/accounts\" target=\"_blank\">Manage Account</a> &gt; Click <strong>Edit</strong> next to the respective account.</li>\n<li>Add the required time slots for that account.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul><h3><strong>2. Exceeding Account Post Limits</strong></h3><ul>\n<li>If the number of scheduled posts exceeds your account’s limit, the extra posts won’t publish and will move to the <strong>Unscheduled tab</strong>.</li>\n<li>\n<strong>Fix:</strong> Review your account’s post limits and adjust the queue to fit within the allowed number of posts.</li>\n</ul><h3><strong>3. Exceeding Subscription Account Limits</strong></h3><ul>\n<li>If you have connected more accounts than your subscription plan allows, the additional accounts will be locked, and posts scheduled for those accounts will go to <strong>Unscheduled</strong>.</li>\n<li>\n<strong>Fix:</strong> Upgrade your subscription plan to unlock the additional accounts or disconnect the excess accounts.</li>\n</ul><h3><strong>4. Paused Sharing Activity</strong></h3><ul>\n<li>If sharing activity for an account is paused, posts scheduled for that account will move to the <strong>Unscheduled tab</strong> once their publish time passes.</li>\n<li>\n<strong>Fix:</strong> Resume sharing activity for the account by enabling the sharing toggle in your account settings.</li>\n</ul>","user_segment_ids":[]}}
