How to manage visitors' posts on a Facebook Page?

All posts made by others on your Facebook Page are 'visitors' posts'.

Log into your SocialPilot account.

Click on 'Social Inbox' -> Facebook from the side-panel.

This is your Social Inbox - where you can manage all your messages, comments, and visitors' posts.

Select the Facebook Page of your choice from the first fold.

In the second fold, you'll see a drop-down button 'All'. Click on the drop-down and select 'Posts'.

You'll see a list of your visitors' posts made on your Facebook page. Select a post you want to reply to and click on 'Reply'.

If you don't wish to see this post in your inbox again, mark it as 'Done'. You can view this post under 'Done' anytime. Socialinbox11.png

How to manage comments on a Facebook Page?

Social Inbox ensures that you don't miss any comment and manage them all with ease!

Select a Facebook Page of your choice.

In the second fold, you'll see a drop-down button 'All'. Click on the drop-down and select 'Comments'.

You'll see a list of all comments made on posts. Select the comment and type your reply.

If you don't wish to see this comment in your inbox again, mark it as 'Done'. You can view this message under 'Done' anytime.

How to manage Facebook Page Messages in Social Inbox?

All messages received on your Facebook Page can be seen under 'Messages' in your inbox.

Social Inbox helps you manage these messages by viewing and replying to them in real-time.

As you click on a Page, in the second fold you'll see a drop-down button 'All'. Click on the drop-down and select 'Messages'.

Select a message from the list of conversations and type your reply.

If you don't wish to see this message in your inbox anymore, mark it as 'Done'. You can view this message under 'Done' anytime.

You will be able to see all your comments, posts, and messages from the last 30 days in your Social Inbox.
