How do I change my billing address details?

Follow these steps to update your credit card details:

Log into SocialPilot dashboard.
Click on the Profile on top right corner, and then Billing Details. (If you are in old UI, go to Settings > Billing details).

You will get a pop-up showing your current subscription details. 


Click on Billing & Shipping Addresses, where you will get an option to update the billing address, which will affect in your invoice from the next billing.

Note: Please note we cannot update the Tax registration number or VAT number in the previous invoices. We can only update the Company Name and Billing Address. For that, contact our support team at after updating the billing address the way mentioned above.
