How do I update my credit card details?
Follow these steps to update your credit card details:
- Log into SocialPilot dashboard.
- Click on the Profile on top right corner, and then Subscriptions.
- On the Subscriptions page, click on Manage payment method on the right side.
- You will get a pop-up showing your current subscription details.
- Click on Payment Methods where you will get an option to add a new payment method. You can add multiple payment methods as a backup when your primary payment fails.
On the next screen, you can select to update your Credit Card or PayPal details.
💡 If you want to change your payment method to PayPal, select the PayPal option and click on 'Submit'.
