How do I restore my iOS subscription?

You might lose SocialPilot's paid subscription when you upgrade to another model or use a different iPhone. In such a case, you can restore your SocialPilot subscription through its iOS app.


  1. To restore the subscription, please follow these steps:
  2. Open SocialPilot's iOS app in your phone and log into it.
  3. Open the left slide-in panel and click Settings -> Membership.
  4. Click Restore Existing Subscription.  

This will automatically restore your subscription details for the new device.

✅ In case you have deleted the SocialPilot app, you can still install it and recover all your data.
