How Do I Share Analytics Reports?

SocialPilot provides analytics for separate accounts and advanced reports, which can contain the data for multiple profiles from different platforms. Users can download analytics reports from the platform-specific dashboard or build custom reports from scratch and download a PDF of them as well.

SocialPilot provides you with your social media analytics report for a pre-defined time period.

1. How to Download PDF Report?

1. Log into your SocialPilot dashboard.
2. Click on 'Analytics' from the side panel.

3. There are two types of reports:

   ( i ) If you want to download a custom report you have created, select Manage Reports 2.0 under the Analytics menu.

   ( ii ) If you want to download a report for a particular account, select a social media platform which that account belongs to.

   

4. Click on the blue Share button on the top-right-hand side >> Download PDF

   

5. You'll get a pop-up that says "Your report is being created. The download will begin shortly."

   

It will automatically download the PDF file in your browser after a few seconds. 

2. How to Email PDF Reports?

To share PDF report via email, first access the report you want to share, default or custom. Then click on the Email PDF button on the top right-hand side.

You can add up to 10 email addresses to which we'll send the report.

3. How to Schedule PDF Report?

You can get the PDF report automatically to your desired email Weekly or Monthly.

To schedule PDF, click on the Schedule PDF button on the top right-hand side.

You will be able to set up the scheduling details, which include the Report Period, Frequency, and date of the month for it to be sent.

Report Period: This designates the time frame for which the analytics data will be shown in your report.

Frequency: This asks whether you want the report to be sent every week or month.

Schedule Every: This is the date on which you want to send the report every month.

If you select Monthly, reports will be sent at 10:00 am PST on the chosen date of every month to the emails you have added before clicking on the Save button.

4. How to Share Report via Link?

The Share via Link feature allows users to share reports with any email, regardless of SocialPilot account status. Recipients can view and download reports without logging in, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Here are the steps to share a Report link:

1. Go to the single account report or custom report you want to share.
2. Go to Settings and locate the Shareable Link option.
3. Enter the recipient’s email address and click Add next to the field.
   • Invalid addresses won’t be saved, so ensure the email is valid.

4. Click Save to generate and send the report link.

   

5. You can also copy the link for sharing.
6. Recipients can view and download reports directly without a SocialPilot account.
