Whether it's a shift in social accounts or a break from social media, we understand and respect your choices. We look forward to making your process of moving on from SocialPilot easier.

We make subscription cancellation possible for you at any stage of your journey with us. If you forgot to cancel and were just charged, or if you haven’t used your plan for over one day since the last charge, we’d be happy to refund your latest charge in full.

However, we cannot grant prorated refunds should you decide to cancel after using the paid plan for more than a day. If you subscribed with us on an annual plan basis, we would not be able to process any refund.

Refunds (if eligible) will be made to the currently available payment method in your SocialPilot which can take up to 5-10 business days. For questions or concerns, please contact us at
