What Are the Types of Instagram Posts You Can Publish From SocialPilot?

Introduction

SocialPilot supports publishing Instagram Posts, Reels, and Stories for both Personal and Professional accounts. However, due to Instagram API limitations, there are differences in how content is published based on account type. Users can access direct scheduling for Posts, Reels, and Stories on professional profiles, i.e., Business and Creator. But users can also use mobile reminders to publish Reels and Stories on these accounts.

With the new Create Post experience, all Instagram-specific settings are now available inside the Instagram Options section. The caption field remains shared across platforms unless you enable the Customize toggle, which allows you to write an Instagram-specific caption while keeping media shared across all selected platforms. Media uploads, recently used files, link behaviors, and UTM applications now work consistently across all platforms in the new composer.

Below, you will find detailed instructions on how to manage your Instagram Posts, Reels, and Stories.
