1. Access your dashboard.
2. Select Your Instagram Business or Creator Account and go to the Accounts section.
3. Now click on Posts in the sidebar menu and select Create Post.

4. Enter text, and upload images or videos.

   

5. Choose Schedule Post and set the date and time for publishing.
