However, due to Instagram API limitations, there are differences in how content is published based on account type. For Instagram Business and Creator accounts, SocialPilot offers direct publishing for Posts, Stories, and Reels.

How to Schedule Instagram Posts Directly?
- Access your dashboard.
- Select Your Instagram Business or Creator Account and go to the Accounts section.
- Now click on Posts in the sidebar menu and select Create Post.
- Enter text, and upload images or videos.
- Choose Schedule Post and set the date and time for publishing.
How to Schedule Instagram Stories and Reels Directly?
- Follow the Same Steps as for Posts but select Story or Reels from the post type options.
- Choose images or videos for Stories or Reels.
- Set your preferred publishing time to publish the content.
Personal Accounts
For Instagram Personal accounts, direct publishing is not supported. Instead, SocialPilot offers mobile reminders for posting.

How to Schedule Instagram Posts With Mobile Reminders?
- Access your dashboard and select your Instagram personal account.
- Go to the Accounts section and click on Posts in the sidebar menu.
- Select Create Post enter text, and upload images or videos.
- Choose Mobile Reminder as the publishing option.
- Set the date and time for the reminder.
SocialPilot will notify you on your mobile device to publish the content manually.
How to Schedule Instagram Stories and Reels With Mobile Reminders?
- Follow the Same Steps as for Posts.
- Select Story or Reels from the post type options.
- Choose the media for Stories or Reels.
- Schedule the mobile reminder for your preferred time.
