How to Export Media From Canva to SocialPilot?

SocialPilot has collaborated with Canva to help users leverage Canva's extensive design capabilities to create high-quality visuals and then immediately save them through SocialPilot.

Follow these steps to learn how to do it.

  1. Log into your Canva account and start designing your images.
  2. After you have designed your image on Canva, look for the "Apps" option at the bottom left corner of the editor toolbar.
  3. After completing your design, locate the "Apps" option, which is found at the bottom left corner of the editor toolbar. The toolbar is the panel that runs along the left side of your screen when you are in the design view.
  4. Click on SocialPilot from the search results.

  1. You will then be asked to connect your SocialPilot account to Canva. Click on "Connect."

  1. A window will appear asking you to log in with your SocialPilot credentials. Enter your SocialPilot login details.

After successfully logging in, you will be redirected to Canva, where you can export up to 35 designs to SocialPilot.

  1. After selecting your desired images, click on the "export" button.

After clicking on export, choose your desired file type, image size, and the quality. After choosing the setting, export the image(s) to initiate the transfer directly to your SocialPilot account.

  1. Once the export process is complete, your images will be available in your SocialPilot Content Library.

To view or use these images, log into your SocialPilot dashboard and navigate to the Content Library. You should see your newly imported designs ready for use in your social media posts.

👉 Note:

1- If you need to make edits to your images directly within SocialPilot, your edits will be reflected in real-time within both platforms.

2- If your plan doesn’t have a Content Library, you cannot save media from Canva. To avail of the feature, you have to purchase Content Library as an add-on.
