How to Manage All the Brands on SocialPilot Reviews?

By organizing your brands, you can ensure smooth handling of reviews, locations, and feedback across various entities. How to Access the Brands Section?
To get started with managing your brands, you need to first access the section where you can find all the added brands.
- Log into your SocialPilot account and click on Reviews from the top (just beside SocialPilot).
- On the left-hand panel, click on Setup.
- From the dropdown, select Brands. You will now see a list of all the brands you are managing within SocialPilot Reviews. Each brand entry will also display a link indicating the number of associated locations tied to that brand.
- To search for a brand, type the name in the Search box at the top.
How to Edit Brand Details?
If you need to update a brand’s information or modify specific details, SocialPilot Reviews provides an easy way to do so.
Let's find out how you can edit the brand details:
- Find the brand you want to modify from the list and click on the Edit button next to the brand name. SocialPilot will now direct you to the page where you can edit the brand’s name, associated URLs, or location details.
- Update Brand Name: Modify the name of the brand to reflect any recent changes.
- Associated URLs: Ensure that any links associated with the brand (like websites or review pages) are up-to-date.
- Location Details: Adjust or update the location information tied to the brand to maintain accuracy.
- Once your changes are made, ensure to Save the updates to apply them.
How to Delete a Brand?
In certain cases, you may need to remove a brand from your management list.
Here’s how you can delete a brand:
- Find the brand you want to remove from the list and look for the Delete button, located next to the Edit button.
- Click on Delete. A confirmation message will appear, prompting you to confirm the action.
📋 Note: Deleting a brand is a permanent action and will remove all associated locations and review management data for that brand, so ensure you no longer need the brand before proceeding with deletion.
⚠️ Note:
For users on the Starter plan, you can manage one brand and one location. However, with the Pro plan, SocialPilot Reviews allows you to manage multiple brands and up to 3 locations, with the option to add unlimited additional locations.
