How to Add New Locations for Brands?
The Locations tab in SocialPilot Reviews is essential for organizing and managing the geographical and operational details of the locations associated with your brands.
Here is a step-by-step guide to help you add and manage new locations for your brands:
- From the dashboard, navigate to the sidebar menu and click on the Locations tab.
- You will see two options: Create Location and Manage Location.
- Click the Create Location button to start adding a new location fill in the location details:
- Brand Selection: Select the brand to which this new location will be associated by choosing a brand from the Brand Name dropdown menu.
- Location Name: Enter a unique name for the new location to make it easily identifiable.
- Address: Provide the complete physical address of the location.
- Website URL: If the location has a specific webpage, enter its URL here.
- Country, City, State, Zip: Use the appropriate dropdowns and fields to specify the location’s geographical details.
- Tags: Add relevant tags to help categorize and find the location quickly in searches or for campaigns.
- Once the location details are filled in, connect your Google Business Profile (GBP) and Facebook pages to the location by authenticating both accounts by signing into your Google and Facebook accounts. If you are an existing user of SocialPilot, you can click on Import from SocialPilot to extract the GBP or Facebook accounts from SocialPilot. You can also add custom URLs for review platforms such as Amazon, Yelp, TrustPilot, etc., alongside GBP and Facebook.
⚠️Note: Although you can add review platforms from Amazon, Yelp, and TrustPilot, SocialPilot won't pull reviews from them.
- After successfully connecting the pages, the status will change from Not Connected to Connected, shown in green. This indicates the location is fully set up and operational.
- After entering all the necessary details, click the Save button to store the new location for the selected brand.
Your location details are now saved on SocialPilot Reviews.
⚠️ Note:
The Starter plan allows you to manage one location, while the Pro plan gives you access to 3 locations, with the option to add unlimited location add-ons.
