How Do I Add New Locations for My Brands?

The location tab in SocialPilot Review manages all the geographical and operational details of the various locations associated with your brands. 

To add new locations on the Reviews platform, follow these steps:

  1. On the dashboard, find the sidebar menu and click the ‘Locations’ tab.

Now, you will have two options - Create Location and Manage Location.


  1. Click the ‘Create Location’ button. 

Now fill in the details of your location:

  • Brand Selection: The ‘Brand Name’ dropdown menu allows you to associate the new location with one of your existing brands.
  • Location Name: Enter a name for the new location, which will help you identify it easily.
  • Address: Provide the full physical address of the location
  • Website URL: If the location has a dedicated webpage or a specific page within your site, enter its URL.
  • Country, City, State, Zip: Use the dropdown menus and input fields to specify the geographical details of the location.
  • Tags: Apply relevant tags to categorize the location for quick searches or grouping in campaigns.


  1. Now, connect your Google and Facebook pages. You can authenticate both pages via Google and Facebook, respectively, to fetch and connect the accounts.

You can also include additional URLs for other review platforms, such as Yelp and TrustPilot, in addition to GBP and Facebook.


After connecting the accounts, the status will change from 'Not Connected' to 'Connected' denoted in green color.


  1. Now, after entering the details, save the new location of the brand you have selected by clicking the ‘Save’ button.

Your location details are now saved on SocialPilot Reviews.
