How to Generate and Share Review Management Reports?

Managing online reviews is a critical aspect of maintaining a strong brand reputation, especially for agencies handling multiple clients. Clients often want to see tangible proof of how their reviews are being managed—what responses are being given, the speed of replies, and the overall sentiment of customer feedback.

A downloadable CSV report provides a transparent and professional way to showcase this work. It helps agencies build trust with clients by providing clear evidence of their efforts and keeping them informed about the online reputation of their business.

The CSV report provides comprehensive details, including:

  • Location Name: Where the review originated.
  • Platform: The platform hosting the review (Google, Facebook).
  • Review Content: Full text of the review.
  • Rating: Star or numerical rating given by the customer.
  • Reviewer’s Name: Name of the person leaving the review.
  • Reply Content: Response provided to the review.
  • Timestamp: Date and time of the review and reply.
  • Tags: Keywords you have used to identify a particular location, campaign, or review type

Here is how you can generate and share your campaign analytics via CSV:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to the Reviews section in the sidebar.

  1. Select the location for which you want to generate the report.
  2. Apply additional filters as needed:
  • Tags
  • Sources
  • Ratings
  • Recommendations
  • Reply Status
  • Review Content

Once filters are applied, the relevant reviews will be displayed.

  1. Go to the Reports in the top right corner and choose one of the two options:
    • Download CSV: Download the report directly to your local device.
    • Email CSV: Send the report to an email address.

  1. If you select Email CSV, the email field will auto-populate with your registered email address.

  1. Modify the recipient's email address if needed.
  2. Click Send to email the report.
