How to Use Social Inbox on Mobile
With Social Inbox on the SocialPilot mobile app, you can view and reply to messages, comments, and mentions from all your connected social media accounts, on the go.
Note:
The functionality of Social Inbox on mobile is similar to the desktop version (except for one limitation on mobile — you cannot add or edit Inbox accounts from the mobile app; always use the web version for the same).

Step 1: Access the Inbox on the Mobile App:

The Accounts tab has been moved under More → Accounts
Step 2: View Your Conversations

Step 3: Navigate Using Filters
At the top, you’ll find four Inbox tabs as in the web version:
- Inbox: All active conversations

- Unread: Messages you haven’t opened yet
- Done: Conversations you’ve already handled
Additionally, you can use search and other filters to find conversations of a particular account or platforms.

Step 4: Open and Reply to Conversations
Tap on any conversation to open it. You can then type your reply, add an image/video, and send it instantly.

Step 5: Use Native Mobile Gestures
The Social Inbox on Mobile supports familiar mobile interactions:
- Use swipe gestures on messages to reply instantly (only available in messages).
- Double-tap or long-press a message to like it (only available in messages).
- Tap on any image or video to open it in full-screen view.
Step 6: Stay Notified
Enable mobile notifications directly from your web app’s Notification Settings:
Go to Settings → Notifications and turn on the new Mobile App option. Now you’ll receive real-time updates for every new message, comment, or mention.

Note: Limitation on Mobile
You cannot add or edit Inbox accounts from the mobile app. Use the web version to configure new Inbox setups.
