How to Access Platform Reports?
- Go to your SocialPilot Reviews dashboard.
- From the left sidebar, click Reports and select Platform Reports.

- You’ll see platform reports that are automatically created whenever you connect a platform account to a brand. If a report for that platform already exists, the new account is added to it.
- Each report loads Live Performance Data whenever you open it, as long as it follows the default system template.

- All platform reports are grouped under their respective brands for easy access and organization.
📋 Note:
If no platforms are connected to a brand, you will land on a Default Landing Page, which will prompt you to connect accounts.
Understanding Report Visibility and Access
Platform Reports are visible to all users who have access to the respective brand or any of its locations. However, clients cannot access Platform Reports.
Users who don’t have permission to view certain account data will see No Access cards in place of restricted content.
How to View Platform Reports?
- Click on any existing Platform Report you want to view with live analytics displayed for the last 30 days by default.
- You can then navigate through performance blocks, average ratings, and other platform-specific metrics.

📋 Notes:
- You can also create your own custom report by clicking Create Report. This opens a pop-up where you can name your report and choose the locations and platforms you want to include.
- Automatically generated Platform Reports cannot be deleted.
How to Customize Your Platform Report?
- From the Header Bar, click Edit to enter Edit Mode.
- The report opens in an editable layout, divided into Blocks and Pages—exactly as it will appear in the final PDF.

- The left panel serves as your Report Canvas, where you can:
✔️Drag and drop blocks to customize the layout.
✔️Reorder or delete blocks as needed.
✔️Access additional pages created for new metrics.
- Each page includes a default Header and Footer, which automatically updates when you change your brand logo or date format.
How to Edit and Manage Blocks?
- Below Common Metrics, you’ll see all connected Locations for that Platform.
- Expand a location to view its available Blocks.
- Only one platform expands at a time and remains Sticky as you scroll through the report.
- Hover over any block to preview its Title, Description, and Thumbnail before adding.

- To add a block, simply drag and drop it onto your canvas.
- To remove one, click the Three Dots (⋮) and choose Delete.

- Added blocks show a Green Tick for easy identification.
- Use the search bar to find blocks by location, platform, or name.
All changes auto-save in real time, so your progress is never lost.
In the top block of the page, you can toggle your Profile Picture and Address on or off to control what information is shown.
How to Add and Manage Pages?
- From the top-right corner, switch to the Pages Tab.
- Click Add Page to create a new one. New pages will automatically be named Page 1, Page 2, and so on.

- To rename, double-click the Page Name or use the Three Dots (⋮) option.
- To delete a page, select it and click the Delete Icon from the same menu.
- If the page contains any blocks, you’ll see a confirmation pop-up before deletion.
- Empty pages are removed instantly.

- If no pages exist and you add a block, Page 1 gets created automatically.
For any page, you can also manage visibility settings for the profile picture and address by clicking the three dots on the title block for that platform.
Understanding the Report Header Bar
The header bar at the top of your report acts as your main control center. It gives you quick access to all essential functions and ensures your reporting process stays organized and efficient.

Here’s what you can do from the header bar:
Edit Report: Make changes to the selected report.
Share Options: Download reports as PDFs, email them, or schedule automated deliveries.
Report Settings: Update the report name, adjust scheduling preferences, or manage delivery setup.
Live Data Toggle: Switch on to view live metrics.
Auto-Save Indicator: Confirms that every change is automatically saved.
How to Manage Locations?
- Open the right sidebar to see a list of all connected locations.
- Hover over a location, click Three Dots (⋮), and select Delete to remove it.

- Use the Manage Reports option to add or remove locations from your report.
How to Handle Errors and Reconnects?
- The platform name will appear in red in the right sidebar.

- Click Reconnect to fix access issues.
- Error Cards on the canvas can be moved or deleted like other blocks.
Once the issue is resolved, the error cards disappear automatically.
📋 Note:
If a locked location is scheduled for auto-delivery, its schedule will show as paused until the issue is resolved.
Resetting Templates and Restoring Auto-Updates
- As long as your Platform Report follows the system Default Template, it will automatically update with new metrics and newly connected platform accounts.

- Once you manually edit the layout, Auto-Sync stops.
- To restore automatic updates, click Reset to Default from the sidebar while in Edit Mode.
How to Export a Report as PDF?
To download or share your completed report:
- Go to the Header Bar and click on Share.
- Select Download PDF.

- The exported report includes every page, block, and customization.
📝Note:
Inaccessible or locked blocks are automatically excluded from the exported report.
