How To Create a TikTok Carousel on SocialPilot in the New Create Post Experience?

TikTok has become a powerful platform for engaging audiences with creative and dynamic content. One of the best ways to capture attention and showcase multiple aspects of your message or story is through TikTok Carousel posts. SocialPilot provides an easy and intuitive way for social media marketers and businesses to create and publish TikTok Carousel posts.

With the new Create Post experience, all platform-specific settings for TikTok now appear inside the TikTok Options section. A dedicated media section, recently uploaded media, URL behavior, link tools, and media editing all follow the new unified workflow.

This guide will walk you through each step of creating a TikTok Carousel post using SocialPilot, from uploading your images to adding music and scheduling your post.

Follow these steps to learn how to create a TikTok carousel with SocialPilot:

1. On your SocialPilot dashboard, click the Create Post button to start creating your new content.
2. Select the TikTok account(s) from the left-side accounts panel.

3. Upload your file in the Media section.

   You can upload files from:

• Your local device
• Dropbox, Google Drive, or Box
• Recently uploaded media
• External stock-image sources (as supported by TikTok’s media requirements)

TikTok Carousel posts can include up to 35 images.

Supported formats: JPG, JPEG, WebP, WebM.

4. Once uploaded, you will see your images within the Media section, where you can reorder or replace them.

5. Write a caption in the caption box or generate one with AI Pilot. You can also add emojis, mention accounts, and add hashtags, links, and custom fields.

If you have enabled Customize, the TikTok caption becomes independent of the original caption.

6. Scroll down to TikTok Options.

This section includes all TikTok-specific settings that were earlier separated in a platform tab.

• Title: Up to 90 characters
• Privacy: Public to everyone, Self Only, Mutual Follow Friends
• Disclose Content: Your Brand or Branded Content
• Allow Users to: Comment

7. If you want to add music to your Carousel post, choose the Auto Add Music option.

TikTok will automatically recommend and attach suitable background music to enhance your content.

If you prefer not to add music, keep the toggle off and proceed.

8. Select your publishing method:

• Direct Publishing

Your TikTok Carousel will be published automatically at the scheduled time.

• Mobile Reminder

If you prefer posting manually from the TikTok app, choose Mobile Reminder.

SocialPilot will send a push notification to your mobile device at the scheduled time so you can complete the post directly within TikTok.

9. Once all details are ready, choose a scheduling option such as Schedule Post, Add to Queue, Share Next, or Share Now, depending on your workflow.
