Last updated on

Introduction

SocialPilot’s “Pause Account” feature allows you to temporarily stop your account and keep your data safe and configuration intact while you decide to take a break from managing your social media marketing with our tool.

What Is the Maximum Duration for Which the Account Can Be Paused?

All subscribed users can pause their SocialPilot subscription for a duration of 30 days. This applies to both segments, monthly and annually paying users.

How Do the Payments Work in Paused Accounts?

For Monthly Paying Users:

If these users pause their accounts, payment won't be deducted from them on their upcoming billing date.

For Annually Paying Users:

For users who pay yearly, their next billing date would be postponed by a month in the future, as their subscription period will include the pause period. They won't be charged extra for the pause period.

☝️ Note: In the duration of the pause, your card will not be charged for any payments

How to Pause Your Account?

  2. On the Subscription page, locate and click on 'Cancel Subscription' below the plan details of your current plan in SocialPilot.
