Where Can You Find Your Drafts?
Here is how you can open your drafts:
- Click Posts in the left sidebar.
- Select Manage Posts.
- Click the Drafts tab. It is the first tab, right before Queued Posts.
You can also select Drafts from the Posts menu in the left sidebar to open the Drafts tab directly.
Note: Manage Posts opens on Queued Posts, so your scheduled content is the first thing you see. Click Drafts whenever you want to pick up work in progress.
What Does Each Draft Show?
Each draft in the Drafts tab shows:
- The caption and a preview of the media
- The accounts selected for the draft. A draft with no accounts yet shows No Account added. Click Edit to add accounts.
- The date and time assigned to the draft, or Add Date & Time for drafts without one
- Where and when the draft was created and who created it, for example "Web On 29-Sep-2026 05:00 PM by Alex"
The most recently edited draft appears at the top, so the content you are working on is always within easy reach.
How to Edit a Draft?
Here is how you can edit a draft:
- Hover over the draft in the Drafts tab.
- Click Edit.
- Make your changes in Create Post. You can update the caption, media, accounts, tags, and platform options.

How to Add or Change the Date on a Draft?
Adding a date places the draft on your content calendar. This makes it easy to plan your upcoming week or month around content that is still taking shape.
Here is how you can add a date to a draft:
- In the Drafts tab, click Add Date & Time on the draft.
- In the Select date and time window, pick a date and set the Time.
- Click Done.
To change the date later, click the date and time shown on the draft and pick a new one.
How to Manage Multiple Drafts at Once?
Here is how you can manage multiple drafts at once:

- Add Tags: Click Add Tags to tag all the selected drafts in one go.
Note: For drafts with a video, the CSV includes a link to the video file.
Note: Bulk Edit and Copy To are available for scheduled posts in the Queued Posts tab. Schedule your drafts first when you want to update or copy several of them together.
How to Find Drafts With Search and Filters?
Use these options at the top of the Drafts tab to narrow down the list:
- Search a Post: Type any word from the caption to find a draft.

- Filter Posts: Filter drafts by Accounts, Groups, Tags, Platforms, or Post Types, then click Apply. Click Clear All to start over.
Note: When you filter by more than one tag, use the toggle at the bottom of the tags list. Off shows drafts that match any selected tag. On shows drafts that match all selected tags.
How to See Drafts on the Calendar?
Drafts with a date appear on your content calendar along with your scheduled posts, so you can see the full plan for any day, week, or month.
Click Day, Week, or Month at the top of Manage Posts to open the Calendar in that view. Drafts without a date stay in the Drafts tab until you add one.

Who Can See Drafts?
- Team members: When the account Owner or an Admin turns on Draft Sharing, team members see the drafts created for the accounts they have access to. This makes it easy to work on content together before it is scheduled. Learn how to turn it on in Common Questions about Team Members.
- Clients: Clients with permission to create posts see the drafts they create themselves in the Drafts tab. Drafts created by your team reach clients once they are scheduled.
- Magic Links: Clients reviewing your calendar through a Magic Link see your scheduled posts.
