SocialPilot Reviews allows users to track and manage reviews from several important review platforms. Facebook and Google Business Profile accounts can be connected to a location through SocialPilot. However, custom links can be used to connect other platforms to Reviews, so you can manage public reviews from them as well. 

The platforms that can be connected to SocialPilot to monitor and manage your reviews include:

How to Connect a Tripadvisor Account to Manage Reviews?

Tripadvisor is a platform for travel and hospitality businesses, including hotels, restaurants, and attractions, where customers leave reviews based on their experiences. 

So if your business falls into this category and is listed on Tripadvisor, here’s how you can connect it to SocialPilot Reviews and manage its reviews efficiently

Once you have added a location, here are the steps to follow to add a Tripadvisor account: 

  1. Log in to SocialPilot Reviews. 
  2. Navigate to the left main menu bar >> Locations >> Manage Locations.

  3. Go to the Location to which you want to add the account and click on the Edit icon.

  4. Scroll down to the Platforms list, go to the Custom Link row, and click on the Add Link button.

  5. On the pop-up that appears, click on the Select Platform dropdown and select Tripadvisor.

  6. Now switch to a new tab and go to Tripadvisor.
  7. Log in to your account on Tripadvisor or enter your exact business name in the search bar and select the right option.

  8. Copy the URL from the address bar in your browser.

  9. Come back to the SocialPilot Reviews dashboard, paste the copied URL, and click on Add.

Now you will be able to track the reviews of your business received on Tripadvisor.

How to Connect a Yelp Account to Manage Reviews?

Yelp is ideal for local businesses such as restaurants, salons, and retail stores, helping them build their reputation through customer feedback. 

If your business fits this profile and is listed on Yelp, follow these steps to connect it to SocialPilot Reviews and manage your reviews seamlessly.

Once you've added a location, follow these steps to link your Yelp account:

  1. Log in to SocialPilot Reviews.
  2. In the left menu, go to Locations >> Manage Locations.

  3. Find the location you want to connect and click the Edit icon.

  4. Scroll down to the Platforms list, locate Custom Link, and click Add Link.

  5. In the pop-up, open the Select Platform dropdown and choose Yelp.

  6. In a new browser tab, go to Yelp and log into your account. 
  7. Use the search bar to find your business, then select the correct listing.

  8. Copy the URL from the address bar.

  9. Return to SocialPilot Reviews, paste the copied URL under Review Source Link, and click Add.

You're all set! Your Yelp account is now linked, allowing you to manage reviews seamlessly.

How to Connect a Foursquare Account to Manage Reviews?

Foursquare is a location-based platform that helps businesses, especially restaurants, cafes, and nightlife spots, attract and engage with customers through check-ins and reviews. 

If your business is on Foursquare, here’s how you can link it to SocialPilot Reviews and streamline your review management.

Once you've added a location, follow these steps to link your Foursquare account:

  1. Log in to SocialPilot Reviews.
  2. In the left menu, go to Locations > Manage Locations.

  3. Find the location you want to connect and click the Edit icon.

  4. Scroll down to the Platforms list, locate Custom Link, and click Add Link.

  5. In the pop-up, open the Select Platform dropdown and choose Foursquare.

  6. In a new browser tab, go to Foursquare and log into your account.
  7. Select the category and location relevant to your business.
  8. Use the search bar to find your business, then select the correct listing.

  9. Copy the URL from the address bar.

  10. Return to SocialPilot Reviews, paste the copied URL under Review Source Link, and click Add.

Your Foursquare account is now linked, making it easier to manage reviews from one dashboard.

How to Connect a Trustpilot Account to Manage Reviews?

Trustpilot is a global review platform designed for online businesses and service providers, allowing customers to share their experiences and boost brand credibility. 

If your business is listed on Trustpilot, follow these steps to connect it to SocialPilot Reviews and easily monitor and respond to reviews.

Once you've added a location, follow these steps to link your Trustpilot account:

  1. Log in to SocialPilot Reviews.
  2. In the left menu, go to Locations >> Manage Locations.

  3. Find the location you want to connect and click the Edit icon.

  4. Scroll down to the Platforms list, locate Custom Link, and click Add Link.

  5. In the pop-up, open the Select Platform dropdown and choose Trustpilot.

  6. In a new browser tab, go to Trustpilot and log in to your account.
  7. Use the search bar to find your business, then select the correct listing.

  8. Copy the URL from the address bar.

  9. Return to SocialPilot Reviews, paste the copied URL under Review Source Link, and click Add.

Your Trustpilot account is now linked, allowing you to manage reviews effortlessly from one dashboard.
