How to Connect Google Business Profile to Manage Reviews?
Google Business Profile lets you manage how your business appears on Google Search and Maps. Add your location, hours, photos, and updates to connect with customers. Once you have added a location, here are the steps to add your Google Business profile:
- Log in to SocialPilot Reviews.
Navigate to the left main menu bar >> Locations.
- Check and select the brand for which you want to add a platform from the Brand dropdown.
Go to the Location to which you want to add the account and click on the Edit icon.
Scroll down to the Platforms list, find Google Business Profile >> click on the Connect button.
- Sign in to your Google account, which is linked to your Google Business profile.
Then select the business profile that you want to connect to SocialPilot Reviews.
- Click on Connect to complete the process of integrating your GBP account to your Reviews workspace.
- Now you'll be redirected to the Location page again. Click on Save at the top right side of the page to save the connection.
Now you will be able to track the reviews of your business on GBP as well as respond to them.
How to Connect a Facebook Page to Manage Reviews?
A Facebook Page helps business owners connect with customers, share updates, and showcase products or services. Go to the Location to which you want to add the account and click on the Edit icon.
Scroll down to the Platforms list, find Facebook >> click on the Connect button.
- Sign in to your Facebook account, which is linked to your Facebook page.
Then select the Facebook page that you want to connect to SocialPilot Reviews.
- Click on Connect to complete the process of integrating your Facebook page with your Reviews workspace.
Now you'll be redirected to the Location page again. Click on Save at the top right side of the page to complete the connection.

How to Connect a Tripadvisor Account to Manage Reviews?

- Log in to SocialPilot Reviews.

- Check and select the brand for which you want to add a platform from the Brand dropdown.
Go to the Location to which you want to add the account and click on the Edit icon.
Scroll down to the Platforms list, find Tripadvisor, and click on the Add Source button.
- Now switch to a new tab and go to Tripadvisor.
Log in to your account on Tripadvisor or enter your exact business name in the search bar and select the right option.
Copy the URL from the address bar in your browser.
Come back to the SocialPilot Reviews dashboard, paste the copied URL, and click on Add.
- Now you'll be redirected to the Location page again. Click on Save at the top right side of the page to complete the connection.
Now you will be able to track the reviews of your business received on Tripadvisor.
How to Connect a Yelp Account to Manage Reviews?

If your business fits this profile and is listed on Yelp, follow these steps to connect it to SocialPilot Reviews and manage your reviews seamlessly.
Once you've added a location, follow these steps to link your Yelp account:
- Log in to SocialPilot Reviews.
In the left menu, go to Locations.
- Check and select the brand for which you want to add a platform from the Brand dropdown.
Find the location you want to connect and click the Edit icon.
Scroll down to the Platforms list, locate Yelp, and click the Add Source button.
- In a new browser tab, go to Yelp and log into your account.
Use the search bar to find your business, then select the correct listing.
Copy the URL from the address bar.
Return to SocialPilot Reviews, paste the copied URL under Review Source Link, and click Add.
- Now you'll be redirected to the Location page again. Click on Save at the top right side of the page to complete the connection.
You're all set! Your Yelp account is now linked, allowing you to manage reviews seamlessly.
How to Connect a Trustpilot Account to Manage Reviews?
Trustpilot is a global review platform designed for online businesses and service providers, allowing customers to share their experiences and boost brand credibility.
If your business is listed on Trustpilot, follow these steps to connect it to SocialPilot Reviews and easily monitor and respond to reviews.
Once you've added a location, follow these steps to link your Trustpilot account:
- Log in to SocialPilot Reviews.
In the left menu, go to Locations.
- Check and select the brand for which you want to add a platform for from the Brand dropdown.
Find the location you want to connect and click the Edit icon.
Scroll down to the Platforms list, locate Trustpilot, and click Add Source.
- In a new browser tab, go to Trustpilot and log in to your account.
Use the search bar to find your business, then select the correct listing.
Copy the URL from the address bar.
Return to SocialPilot Reviews, paste the copied URL under Review Source Link, and click Add.
- Now you'll be redirected to the Location page again. Click on Save at the top right side of the page to complete the connection.
Your Trustpilot account is now linked, allowing you to manage reviews effortlessly from one dashboard.
How Many Review Platforms can be Connected to Reviews Account?
Up until now, Reviews supports the following review platforms:
