How to Access Campaign History?
To open Campaign History:
- Go to your SocialPilot Reviews dashboard.
- Open the left sidebar, click on Reputation, and go to Campaigns.
- Select History.
You will now see a list of all review communications sent to your contacts across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

Understanding the Campaign History Table
Each row represents a review request that was sent to a contact.
Here’s what you can see:
- Sent On – The date and time the message was sent.
- Sent To – The contact’s email address or phone number.
- Contact Name – The name saved in your system.
- Campaign – The campaign the message belongs to (for example, Email Day 1, SMS Day 2) or if it was sent via Quick Request.
- Status – Whether the request was Sent, Delivered, Opened, Bounced, or Failed.
- Created By – The user who initiated the campaign.
- Links – The review platforms included in the campaign. A platform with double ticks, a date, and a time indicates that it has been opened, and a review has been left on it.

If a review link is clicked, you will see the exact date and time of the interaction.
How to Search for a Specific Contact?
From the list, if you want to filter out by a specific contact detail, like email or phone number, you can do that easily by following the steps.
- Hover over any contact card.
- Click the card when the search icon appears.
- The contact will automatically be added to the search bar.
- The table will now display only records related to that contact.
You can also manually search using a phone number or email address.

How to Filter Campaign History?
You can filter records from the campaign to narrow down what you want to check.
Click Filter and choose from:
- Channel – Email, SMS, or WhatsApp
- Status – Sent, Delivered, Opened, Bounced, Clicked
- Campaign – Filter by specific campaign name
- Review Links – Filter by platform (Google, Facebook, etc., including Feedback Form)
Once applied, the table updates to show only the matching records.

How to Use the Date Range Filter?
You can view history for a specific period.
- Click the Date Range selector at the top.
- Choose a preset range (Last 7 days, Last 15 days, etc.) or select a custom date using the calendar. You can go back 10 years to get the data for your old campaigns.
- Apply the selection to update the data.
Note: If you have selected a date range to sort your data, that date range will be selected by default at the time of CSV file download.

Understanding Status Types
Campaign History tracks the lifecycle of every review request:
- Sent – The request was sent from the system.
- Delivered – The message successfully reached the recipient.
- Opened – The recipient opened the message.
- Bounced / Failed – The message could not be delivered.
- Clicked (Link Activity) – The recipient interacted with a review link.
These statuses help you understand what happened to each request after it was sent.

How to Download Campaign History as CSV?
You can download Campaign History data to share with stakeholders or analyze offline.
To export data:
- Click the Download CSV icon in the top-right corner.
- Choose whether to Download directly or Send as Email.
- Once you click on download, you will get an option to select the Location(s) you want to export.
- Choose a Date Range (preset or custom).
- Apply your selections and click Download.

If you want to download a CSV with filters, when selecting multiple locations, you will be notified that status and campaign filters are not available for multiple locations. So those filters will be removed automatically, and you will be able to download your file.

How to Send Campaign History via Email
- Click on the CSV icon in the top right corner.
- Choose the email option. A pop-up will open, allowing you to add email addresses, location(s), and date range.
- Click on send to finish the job.

Note:
If you have selected a large date range, say 4 months, in that case, while downloading, you will be notified that due to the large date range, the CSV will be mailed to the email address once it’s ready. This is to inform you that the process may take some minutes.
The same case applies when you select the all-time date range.
