How To Manage Reviews in the SocialPilot Mobile App
Keeping track of customer reviews and feedback is essential for maintaining a strong online reputation. With Reviews in the SocialPilot Mobile App, you can view incoming reviews, respond to customers, and monitor feedback for different brands and locations, all from your phone.
You can reply manually, use saved templates, or generate responses with AI. Filters and searches also help you quickly find reviews or feedback that need attention.
This article walks you through how to view reviews, respond to them, and track feedback directly from the SocialPilot app.
How To Access Reviews in the App
Step 1: Open the Reviews Section
Open the SocialPilot app.
At the top of the screen, tap on SocialPilot and select Reviews from the dropdown menu.
You will now see two sections:
Reviews – Displays all customer reviews received for the selected brand and location.
Feedback – Displays feedback submitted through feedback forms.

How To View and Reply to Reviews
Step 2: Open a Review
In the Reviews tab, you will see a list of all reviews received for the selected location.
To view all reviews in expanded format, tap the view icon at the top.
You can also use the search bar to quickly find a specific review.

Step 3: Reply to a Review
Tap on any review to open it in expanded view, where you can read the complete review and respond.
Each review includes multiple reply options:
- Write a reply manually
- Use a saved reply template
- Generate a reply using AI

If you generate a reply using AI, you can edit, adjust tone, fix grammar, or refine the message before sending.

After reviewing your message, tap Send to publish your response.
How To Search and Filter Reviews
Step 4: Search for Specific Reviews
Use the search bar at the top of the Reviews page to quickly find a specific review.
You can search based on review content to locate conversations that require attention.
Step 5: Filter Reviews
To narrow down your results, tap Filter.
You can filter reviews based on:
Review source
Ratings
Recommendations
Reply status
Review content
Filters help you quickly identify reviews that need responses or follow-up.

How To Switch Between Brands and Locations
Step 6: Change Brand or Location
At the bottom of the screen, you can switch between brands and locations.
This allows you to check reviews received for different businesses or locations that you manage.

How To View Customer Feedback
Step 7: Open the Feedback Section
Tap the Feedback tab to view feedback submitted through feedback forms.
You will see all feedback received for the selected location.
To view feedback in detail, tap on any entry or use the view option at the top to expand all feedback at once.

Step 8: Search and Filter Feedback
Use the search bar to find specific feedback.
Tap Filter to organize feedback based on:
- Ratings
- Thumbs up or thumbs down
- Range
- Feedback forms
Filtering helps you identify patterns and better understand customer sentiment.
