Send Quick Review Request from Contacts

Once your contacts are added, you can send a one-time review request directly from the Contacts section:

  1. Go to Contacts from the left menu and select Manage Contacts.

  2. Click the Quick Request icon next to the contact you want to reach out to.

  3. Confirm the contact details, choose a review request Template or an existing Campaign.

  4. Click Send Request.

Duplicate Request Prevention (DRP)

If Duplicate Request Prevention is enabled for the selected brand, some contacts may be temporarily restricted from being enrolled in new campaigns.

You may see a lock icon next to a contact. There are two possible states:

  1. If a protection end date appears: The contact has already received a review request. The waiting period has started, and the system calculates when the contact becomes eligible again. The date displayed indicates when the protection period ends.

  2. If no date appears: The contact is part of a campaign where Duplicate Request Prevention applies, but the first review request has not yet been delivered. Since the waiting period begins only after the first message is sent, the system cannot determine an end date yet.

Until the protection period expires, the contact cannot be enrolled in a new review campaign.
