How To Create Competitor Reports

Competitor Reports bring competitor performance data into structured reports. They provide visibility into follower growth, posting activity, engagement patterns, and top content, helping you review market benchmarks in one place and lead the social media presence of your industry.

How To Add/Create a Competitor Report?

To create a competitor report, follow these steps.

From the left menu, click Analytics.
Click Competitor Reports.
On the top-right corner, click Add Competitor.
Find the account you want to add in Search Competitor.
Then click Add (you can add up to 10 accounts simultaneously)

A success message confirms the addition, and a report is created for each selection.

Note:

For Facebook, you need to type at least 3 characters to see the account in the search.

For Instagram, you will have to enter the exact username of the profile in the search.

How to View and Filter Data?

On Competitor Reports, click the Report Name you want to open.
See all the key metrics blocks for your competitors.
Click Date to adjust the time period you want.

Note: Custom date ranges must be within the last 90 days.

For Facebook:

Page likes
New page likes
Total posts published
Post type distribution
Reactions, comments, shares
Total engagement
Engagement rate per post
Top posts by engagement

For Instagram:

Followers
New followers
Posts published
Post type distribution (images, carousels, videos, reels)
Likes and comments
Total engagement
Engagement rate per post
Top posts by engagement
