How to Export Feedback Form Responses as a CSV

Here is how to export feedback form responses as a CSV on SocialPilot Reviews:

1.  Go to the sidebar, click on Reputation, and then select Feedback.

2.  Apply any filters you want reflected in the export, such as Date Range, Filter, or tags. These carry over into the export automatically.

3.  Click the CSV Reports icon in the top-right corner, then select Download or Send as Email.

4.  In the Feedbacks Report window, select one or more locations, or click Select All. If you chose Send as Email, also add the recipient's email address.

5.  Click Download or Send. SocialPilot Reviews prepares the file and delivers it once it's ready, as one CSV per feedback form.

Note: Deleted questions still appear in the export, labeled (Deleted), so a response stays accurate even after the form itself has changed. Responses tied to a deleted form remain exportable too, with (Deleted) applied to the form name.

Note: Any teammate with Feedback access can export responses, this is not restricted to account owners or admins.

What's Included in the Export

Each response includes Response by, Submitted at, and Overall Star Rating or Overall Thumbs Rating, whichever the form uses.

Every question appears as its own column. Active questions come first in their original order, followed by deleted questions labeled (Deleted).

You'll also find Submission Type (Complete Form or Partial Response), Form Name, and Location for every response.
