Social Inbox helps you manage conversations on multiple social media platforms by letting you access them in a single space so you can reply to them in real time.
All messages, comments, and mentions received on your Instagram Business Page can be viewed in the Social Inbox section of your SocialPilot dashboard. In the main Inbox page, you can access your Instagram Business Page, which is connected to specific custom inboxes, allowing you to see targeted conversations from your audience.
First, you'll need to activate the Instagram Direct messages - here's how to do that.
